Cycling in the Stodertal and exploring the highlights of Hinterstoder by mountain bike. Mountain bike & e-bike tours for demanding bikers, single trails, daring downhill possibilities and beautiful flat bike paths to interesting excursion destinations – we offer in the town and in the region.

Free Bike rental on holiday

You don’t have to transport your own bicycles, e-bikes or mountain bikes to us onholiday. We offer acooperation with a local bike rental company. You can rent bicycles, mountain bikes, e-bikes or children's bikes free of charge at the SPORT 2000 specialistshop. This cooperation always guarantees well-mainored sports equipment.
Children’s seats or bicycles with a children’strailer are also available for cycling tours with children.

Steyrtal Cycling Trail / R 8

The 35 km long cycle path (simple route) is one of the most beautiful cycle paths in Austria and leads via Frauenstein, Molln, Leonstein to Grünburg. There are almost no gradients and therefore this bike path is perfect for the whole family.

Kremstal Cycling Trail / R 10

The approximately 43.5 km long cycle path (simple route) runs along the Krems, through the wide foothills of the Alps, via Micheldorf, Kirchdorf, Schlierbach, Wartberg to Kremsmünster.

Mountain biking in the region

The beautiful Mountainbike-Tour-Hinterstoder is a 33 km long mountain bike route, with about 1000 m difference in altitude and approx. 3-6 hours driving time.

Downhill in the Bikepark Wurbauerkogel

The Bikepark Wurbauerkogel offers three mountain bike trails with different levels of difficulty. A flow trail (easy), a freeride track (medium) and a downhill track (heavy) for professionals- Video Bikepark Wurbauerkogel.

Single-Trail Wurzeralm

The single-trail Wurzeralm meanders 5 km from the mountain station to the valley station of the Wurzerlam cable car.
