► Only bookings made in writing (mail, fax, letter or printout you receive when online-booking) are considered binding.
► Online bookings are possible, depending on the booking platform, with credit cards or with a deposit.
► Online bookings are only valid if you have received a printout with a booking number.
► at online bookings with a valid credit card, no deposit is required. Here, the credit card data serves as a back-up.
► Please understand that for all other written bookings, a deposit of approx. 50 percent is required. We will inform you in writing of the bank details and the deadline for payment.
► Only after receiving the required deposit, your booking will be confirmed by us as binding.
► Of course, in case of cancellations, the deposit minus any cancellation costs will be returned to you – see cancellation policy.
